At Lizmok Pharmacy, we are committed to providing safe, timely, and reliable delivery of your medicines and healthcare products. This policy outlines our procedures for handling orders, shipping, and deliveries.

  1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday.
  • Prescription medicines will only be processed after valid prescription verification.

Orders within the Obuasi Municipality received before 7pm are usually processed the same day; orders received after this time are processed the next business day. Orders outside Obuasi received before 5pm are processed the same day; those after this time are processed for delivery the following day.

  1. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times:

  • Within Obuasi: less than 12 hours
  • Outside Obuasi: 2–5 business days, depending on the city of destination

Delivery times may vary due to courier conditions.

  1. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees will be communicated before payment is completed. Fees depend on location and courier charges

  1. Handling of Medicines

Temperature-sensitive and prescription medicines are handled according to Good Pharmacy Practice (GPP) and relevant regulatory standards.

Some medicines may require a refrigerator or special packaging to maintain quality and safety.

  1. Proof of Delivery

A signature, identification, or confirmation code may be required upon delivery, particularly for prescription medications and controlled substances.

Orders cannot be released to unauthorised persons.

  1. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to receive the order:

  • Our team will contact you to reschedule.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply.
  1. Order Tracking

Where applicable, you will receive delivery updates via SMS or phone call.

  1. Returns and Cancellations

  • Due to safety and regulatory reasons:
  • Medicines and healthcare products are generally non-returnable once delivered, except in cases of:
  • Wrong item supplied
  • Manufacturing defects

Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  1. Delays and Force Majeure

Lizmok Pharmacy shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, regulatory actions, or transportation disruptions.
